Intermittent fasting has worked for many people, especially women, on a weight loss plan.

However, as a foods and drinks blog, it gives you a short term solution. What happens when your body gets used to that diet and all over sudden you can’t sustain it?

It means you end up putting a lot of strain on your body organs which comes with other health challenges.
